Teaching The Target Technique

No...not this kind of Target, sillies! (Growing up I had a Green Giant alarm clock that went "Ho, Ho, Ho!" when I had to wake up in the morning.)

Lesson for the Day!

Embrace the Target Technique!

After my last post of showing you how I paid less than $6 for all of that swag (7 cans of shaving cream, eye drops, orange juice, etc.) A lot of folks have been asking me where to get these coupons, and if you’re not good at organizing what you can do.

Basically, I’m not organized either.  Even though I have a Couponizer, I don’t always use it, and I can’t spend all that much time couponing.  One thing that’s quick and easy to do, is go to this site: http://sites.target.com/site/en/supertarget/page.jsp?title=coupons_specials and print out Target coupons.  You can usually get things like these fruit snacks this week, for FREE.

The best part of Target printable coupons, is you can print out as many as you like. There's no limit like there is with some printable manufact. coupons.

Then, (for you advanced savers, you!) COMBINE a coupon from the paper (manufacturer’s coupon) with the Target coupon on the same item. That’s how I got the Pledge wood spray last week for FREE and made money!

Of course, Target doesn’t think everyone will be so savvy to go print out coupons ahead of time.  But really, it takes 5 seconds.  (I just printed two out, and Kris Ketz was hovering over the printer, waiting for his important documents to print, and I just blurted out “I’m printing fruit snacks coupons!  Very important!”  But I’m not sure if he thought it was that funny.  Hehehe…)

Okay, off to finish my story on Frugal Cleaning products and then to KCI to pick up a Very Important Person in my life. Hooray!

Until tomorrow,

Dion 🙂
