  1. It seems that most of the local grocery stores will not take Internet coupons for free or BOGO free items because there’s been so much fraud recently. Do you or any of your viewers know of places that accept Internet coupons for free items (like the fruit deal that was posted recently?) Thanks for keeping us all up to date on so many great deals. We appreciate you!

    • Aw, thanks for the great feedback Joy.

Yes, I’ve heard of this happening–(although I think the Chiquita coupons was just for one free small bag, not BOGO) so what I suggest is print out the store’s coupon policy, and if you have trouble with the store, show the cashier, or the manager the coupon policy.

Some stores just won’t take Internet coupons– like my local Hen House– but they’ll accept clipped manufacturer’s coupons and even double them up to 50-cents.

Coupon policies are tricky– I’ve had success at my local Wal-Mart, but from what I understand, each Wal-Mart has different policies. Target has always accepted my internet coupons. Maybe you can try there? When I did my coupon mom story last November, we worked with Hy-Vee stores that accepted internet coupons.

Good luck and let me know what happens! Hope this helps– Dion 🙂
